I have been including fillers from VPG (Vertical Printing Graphics) in my mompacks for quite a long time now. Recently I was going to order door knob hangers and decided to do some price comparisons first. I called a local print shop who didn't answer the phone and didn't return my message. Then I remembered Laura and decided to send her a quick e-mail just to check her pricing. She was cheaper than the original place I was going to order from, and her turn aroung so super fast. My door knob hangers arrivedless than a week later and were beautiful. I started receiving calls from then within 2 hours of hanging my first ones out! The service at Vertical Printing & Graphics is outstanding! Laura, the owner, is so responsive, fast, and friendly. She designed and printed baby shower invitations for me and even though it wasn't a large job, she treated me like I was her best customer. In less than 24 hours, she sent me several different custom designs to choose from and was generous with her advice when I was vascillating between choices. You can really tell the difference between working with a small, privately owned company versus a corporate machine like Kinko's. It makes a world of difference working with someone that is passionate about the business and also has a vested interest in their clients' satisfaction. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Hmmm... all the reviews for this place sound the same... there's a reason. Awesome service and they get it done right, the first time. I called in as a first time customer not really knowing how things worked (i.e. what file types they need, etc.). Laura answered that call and my worries were over. She took care of everything. She called me to let me know that the front of my card (I was having postcards printed) did not have the same border as the back. We quickly fixed this and she had the cards ready for me within a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon! Thanks VPG
